Dogtag Limited is an appointed representative of Rock Insurance Services Limited who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). Their FSA authorised number is 300317.

Whose products do we offer?

We only offer insurance from a single provider and this is provided by Europ Assistance Limited who are regulated and authorised by the Financial Services Authority, their authorised number is 311883. The insurance is underwritten by Europ Assistance Holding Irish Branch who is authorised and regulated by the Commission de Controle des Assurances des Mutuelles et des Institutions des Prevoyance, their authorised number is 2002 04 02.

What services will we provide you with?

You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

Will you have to pay a fee for our services?

You will not have to pay a fee for our services, you will receive a quotation which will tell you about any other fees relating to any particular insurance policy.

Who owns Dogtag?

Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?

We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our financial obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Your claim is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim without any upper limit.
