MEDICAL EMERGENCIES:
For 24 hour emergency assistance during your trip contact our medical emergency service quoting your TAG number and the scheme reference number.
This will be:
ROCK/EUST/2007 (07DGS & 07DGA) if you bought your policy up to 05/02/08 and ROCK/EUST/2008 (08DGS & 08DGA) if you bought your policy on or after 06/02/08
Emergency verification of your insurance and any vital medical information can be accessed at www.dogtag.co.uk/proof.
Members should log in to Members to update this information if need be.
OTHER CLAIMS:
To obtain a claims form please contact Europ Assistance (please have your scheme reference number: ROCK/EUST/2007 (07DGS & 07DGA) for policies bought before 06/02/08 or to ROCK/EUST/2008 (08DGS & 08DGA) thereafter and have your TAG number handy)
You must do this within one month of returning home from your trip.
