Complaints:
We aim to provide you with a first class policy and service.
However, if you feel that we have not done so please tell us about
it so that we can do our best to solve the problem. If you make a
complaint your legal rights will not be affected. In the first

claim number where appropriate and enclose copies of relevant
correspondence, as this will help us to deal with your complaint in

formats:
1. For Policy Numbers starting with MA....
If your policy number begins with the letters
MA?????? (for example MA123456), you will have
bought your policy between 28th February 2010 and 30th November
2010 should use this contact information:

If your policy number begins with the letters 'TF' you will have
bought your policy on or after 1st December 2010 and you
